The room was so cozy and stylish with a super comfy double bed and a walk-in power shower. I felt relaxed and at home, and the fast Wi-Fi was a bonus. It was perfect for my solo trip.

The affixed shampoo/shower gel canisters weren't my favorite, but some might like them.

A hotel that combines boutique charm with the amenities of a larger one. The rooftop garden was a tiny oasis in the city. The staff were helpful and friendly.

No kettle in the room, because who needs tea or coffee first thing in the morning? It's not like it's a hotel or anything.

This hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the value for money was excellent, with very good rates compared to other options in the area. Secondly, the location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Soho and close to all the West End musical theaters. Lastly, the staff provided outstanding service with their friendly and helpful attitude. The rooms were well-equipped, with attention to detail, including a great walk-in shower in the bathroom and basic amenities. I had a great experience at this hotel.

We loved the central location, right next to Soho and Covent Garden. It made it easy for us to walk almost everywhere. The hotel also had strong, free and stable wifi, which was a must for us. Additionally, the cleanliness and modernity of the hotel were top-notch. We were impressed with the maintenance and the option to get fresh towels every day. The cherry on top was the convenience of being just a minute away from the Piccadilly line, making it easy to travel to and from the airport. these facilities and amenities made our stay enjoyable.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of bustling London. It's just a stone's throw from a busy underground station and surrounded by all the Westend Musical theatres. The low wooden platform gives an impressive view of the sprawling London skyline. The staff are friendly and the bathroom is exceptionally clean with a great shower.

Be prepared for major construction work throughout the hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a couple of minutes walk from a major train station. This made it really convenient for exploring the city and getting around. the trendy and modern decor was a nice touch, and the spacious shower in the bathroom was a definite plus.

With water jets for the kids and the breathtaking views from the rooftop cocktail bar, it offered the ideal spot for both family fun and a romantic evening overlooking the city.

My wife says that a small play area or kids' entertainment room would have been a great addition for families with children.

I always choose this place for my stay for its helpful staff, comfortable amenities, and perfect location. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge, and wheelchair access. I remember the staff finding my lost wallet. I'm coming back for New Year.

Room comfort - The bed was so comfortable, it felt like sinking into a cloud after a long day of exploring the city. The en-suite bathroom was spacious and the power shower was a godsend, washing away the tiredness of the day.
